Unlike many geo-tracking companies, Axodel is very proud to state the source of its telematics devices. Firstly, for one very simple reason: they are entirely designed in France by the Kuantic group, but also because these are the only “aftermarket” devices on the market to be validated by a major European manufacturer, the PSA group.
Developed by Kuantic’s teams, these new generation devices have a number of unique features unmatched on the market, particularly regarding SIM card management and the availability of numerous settings.
With their integrated SIM card, these DYNATIK devices for vehicles allow you to pull up relevant information on vehicles of the same fleet:
- Routes chosen,
- Average and momentary speeds,
- Optimisation of distances and of the mileage driven,
- Travel time and duration of stops,
- Alarms for specific activities,
- Measurement of fuel /battery/engine oil levels,
KUANTIC provides users of its technology with many optional extras for the embedded M2M devices (hands-free units, tablets / Smartphones, navigation systems, etc.).
With 300 different parameters, the latest generation of KUANTIC devices ,the GP 8000, was requested by the market and particularly by “automotive manufacturers /suppliers”. It is fully optimised to deliver more efficient solutions and features related to the difficulties of managing SIM cards abroad.
The automotive sector requires a level of quality beyond the conventional standards of consumer electronics in general. To receive the approval of the PSA group, the KUANTIC devices had to successfully pass tests to prove that they did not exceed the threshold of 50 faults per 1 million (therefore less than one device out of 20,000 is likely to fail!). These devices have also received the UTAC 95/54/EEC certification, which is an essential step to qualify as an automotive component.
As proof of the confidence of our partners, the KUANTIC devices fitted in Citroën, DS and Peugeot vehicles have a 3 year warranty on parts and labour provided by the vehicle manufacturer itself.
