How to Access the Platform
The AXOFLEET platform is accessible from any device that is connected to the Internet (computer, tablet, Smartphone). Depending on the device, here are the different possibilities :

Requires iOS 6.0 or higher.
iPhone, iPad and iPod touch Compatible
Requires Android 2.3.3 or higher
Positioning Triggers
By adding triggers, you can enable the publication of audio and visual notifications on the screen or by email.
You can target a whole group, one or more of your fleets or just some of your vehicles.
Notification popups are displayed on the screen in real time when receiving an alert.
There are two types of notifications:
- Regular notifications that are displayed in the application,
- Office notifications that are displayed even if you are using another application.

17 different types of alerts can be configured by the Fleet Manager:
- Geofencing (POI arrival and exit)
- Geofencing (arriving at POI)
- Geofencing (exiting POI)
- Curfew
- Vehicle moving when the engine is off
- Vehicle stopped while the engine is running
- Alarm triggered for an entrance
- Logged alarm triggered
- Logged alarm triggered at a POI
- Logged alarm triggered away from a POI
- Maintenance entry in the vehicle log
- Maintenance entry indicated by the CAN

Generating Reports

Generate and export multiple reports.
More than 30 predefined reports are available to the platform administrator. They are grouped in the following categories:
Consolidation by Vehicle :
- General (Global Report, Activity Report, Comprehensive Activity Report, Simplified Report with Driver ID)
- Daily (Daily Report, Daily Mileage Report)
- Fuel (Consumption Ratio Per Trip, Energy /Refuelling Ratio)
- Privacy (Privacy Report)
- Vehicle Stops (Downtime Report, Engine Running During Stops Report)
- Maintenance (Maintenance Forecast Report)
- Eco-driving (Eco-driving Report)
- Alerts (Alert and Notification Report, Dashboard Warning Lights Report)
- On a specific date (Report of Last Position on a Specific Date, Search for the Driver ID at a Specific Time)
- Other (Two-Level Input Trigger Report, Mileage Report, Accident Report)

- By vehicle (POI presence by vehicle, stop at POI with ignition off by vehicle)

Examples of Reports
Activity Report
The activity report shows
- Information regarding each trip,
- Driving time,
- Downtime,
- Distance driven,
- Average fuel consumption.
Every day, you will be provided with a representation of driving time over 24 hours (using colour-coded map icons)
Fuel Consumption Report By Trip
The fuel consumption report by trip specifically shows
- The amount of fuel consumed,
- The average fuel consumption,
- The level of the vehicle’s fuel gauge.
Eco-driving report
The eco-driving report shows the behaviour of your drivers.
The eco-driving information is available in two display types.
- Via the report module, which displays the data in a table.
- Via the eco-driving module, which displays the data in a graph and gives personalised advice regarding your driving.
